Payment
All Items must be paid for in advance of dispatch unless otherwise agreed
Refunds
We will refund the cost of the item if for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact us for return instructions within 3 days of receipt of the item. Upon return of the item we will issue a full refund subject to it being in the same condition as when it was sent. The buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed. The returned item must be received within 3 weeks from the date you first contacted us. If you have any questions about the item you wish to purchase, please email us before placing your order.
Damaged Goods
If your item is damaged in the post please keep ALL the packaging and email us for instructions. We will make a claim with the courier/Post Office who may wish to contact you during the claim. This can take 2 months. We do not include insurance in the cost of postage, this is extra at your discretion.
Hotmail Addresses
Please note that all enquiries are answered – usually within 2 days. However, hotmail often put previously unknown senders’ emails straight in the junk folder so if you think I haven’t replied, check there first.
